Mediamax Network Limited, a leading multi-media broadcaster in Kenya, has announced an exciting job opportunity for a dynamic and experienced English News Anchor, Host, and Political Reporter to join K24 TV.


This recruitment drive aims to strengthen the station’s news coverage and enhance audience engagement in current affairs.


Job Role and Expectations

The ideal candidate for this role should be a creative and motivated journalist with strong communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English. Additionally, the ability to report in Kiswahili will be considered an added advantage.


The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting news stories to provide accurate and engaging reports. The role also requires a deep understanding of political affairs and audience needs to ensure relevant and impactful reporting.


Qualification Requirements


Mediamax Network Limited has outlined specific qualifications for applicants:

  • Strong analytical and interpretative skills for current affairs reporting.

  • A broad understanding of various political and social issues.

  • A minimum qualification of a Diploma in Journalism, Communication, or Media Studies.

  • At least four years of experience in a similar role within the media industry.
