Woman Claiming to Be Bahati’s Mother Isn't Biologically Related, DNA Results Confirm

Bahati has finally revealed the results of a DNA test that had captured the attention of social media users across the country.

The drama began weeks ago when Judith Makokha claimed to be Bahati’s biological mother, despite the singer previously sharing that his mother had passed away when he was young.

Judith alleged that she had given Bahati up for adoption and had recently decided to find him to reconnect.

The two met for the first time recently in an emotional reunion. At the time, Judith was visibly moved, shedding tears as she expressed relief at finally meeting the singer.

However, Bahati requested a DNA test to confirm the maternity claim, and Judith agreed, confident that she was his mother.

Samples were collected during a medical appointment, and the results were released on Monday, March 9. In a video shared on social media, the doctor revealed that the test showed no biological relationship between Bahati and Judith.

“The probability of maternity is 0%. There is no biological link between Judith Makokha and Kevin Bahati,” the doctor explained.

The revelation left Judith in shock. Overcome with emotion, she struggled to process the news, repeatedly asking where her child could be. In tears, she demanded answers about the baby she had given up years ago, leaving the office in visible distress.

Bahati was seen comforting Judith during the emotional moment. Despite the disappointing outcome, he assured her of his support in continuing the search for her lost child.

“May God heal ‘mum’s heart’ and may my late mum Lucia Mueni rest in peace," Bahati wrote on Instagram.
