The Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board (Kasneb) has released the timetable for the December 2025 examinations.

According to the notice, the examinations will cover a wide range of qualifications, including the Certificate in Accounting and Management Skills (CAMS), Accounting Technicians Diploma (ATD), Diploma in Data Management and Analytics (DDMA), and Diploma in Computer Networks and Systems Administration (DCNSA).

“The exams will be conducted over four days, from Monday, December 1 to Thursday, December 4, 2025,” notice read in part.

Professional and advanced qualifications such as Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Certified Secretaries (CS), and Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (CIFA) will also be examined.

Other specialized certifications on the timetable include the Certified Forensic Fraud Examiner (CFFE), Certified Credit Professionals (CCP), and the Certified Information Systems Solutions Expert (CISSE).

The notice further lists specialized certificate courses in governance, credit management, and procurement.

Candidates pursuing post-qualification practical papers such as Data Analytics for CIFA and Financial Modelling for CPA will also sit their assessments during the December session.

In addition, the Board confirmed that examinations for foreign accountancy qualifications (FAQ) will take place between December 2 and December 4, 2025.

“We urge candidates to make the necessary arrangements, including securing leave from employers where needed, so that they can focus fully on the examinations,” Kasneb said.

The closing date for registration and examination entry is set for Friday, October 31, 2025. Kasneb advised all candidates to adhere to the deadlines and prepare adequately for the upcoming session.

“Students must take this date seriously to avoid last-minute rushes that may lock them out of the examination process,” Kasneb emphasized.
