Vivo Energy Kenya, the company responsible for Shell fuel distribution in the country, has now addressed the situation, attributing the disruptions to a sudden spike in demand.

Vivo Energy Kenya reassured customers that the issue is being handled with urgency. The company stated that its teams are actively monitoring supply levels and coordinating logistics to replenish affected stations as quickly as possible.

“We are working continuously to restock impacted sites and restore normal service,” the company indicated, emphasizing that the shortages are temporary.
